E.g. if you call your bro a beast you would say ¨eres una bestia¨ the fact that the word ends with an A does not mean that it is a femenine adjective, even trough it seems like it

It's a single battle, and so easy to farm provided you can clear it. Bestia sucks, honestly. Not sure why it gets so much praise. Went back a second time to see if maybe first time was a fluke, but no, sucked just as much the second time. There's way better Italian options in that same area, too, like RossoBlu.
